» The returned product must be in its original, neat packaging (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);

» The returned product must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer;
» When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
» The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer, if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established in this article.
» The Buyer can deliver the returned goods to the address specified by the Seller. The seller undertakes to take the goods and replace them with similar suitable goods. In case the Seller does not have similar goods, he returns the money paid for the goods(s) to the Buyer. If the customer wants to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days, the Buyer can deliver them to the address specified by the Seller.
» In all cases, money for returned goods is transferred by payment order and only to the payer’s bank account.
